Juicing 101 (E-Book) - The Essential Guide to Good Health and Weight Loss

“You are what you eat." Maybe that’s why nearly half of all Americans are obese. Almost 1 in 10 Americans are struggling with type 2 diabetes. We’re eating mountains of sugar and fat - and it shows. Meanwhile, only 10% of people are getting enough fruits and vegetables, the very foods we need to keep our bodies strong and healthy. It’s no wonder most Americans are sick, overweight, and tired. After all, we are what we eat.
When I found out I had cancer, I knew that beating it would require a comprehensive strategy that touched on every aspect of my life. This included the food I ate to the supplements I took, even down to the way I exercised. As I started doing research, the power of juicing for better health quickly became clear. That’s why I immediately made it a part of my routine.
As a result of juicing, exercising, eating correctly, and taking Black seed oil, these things have helped me to:
- Overcome cancer
- Maintain a healthy body weight
- Strengthen my immune system
- Preventing inflammation that lead to the cause of diseases
This has been my overall strategy to maintain a healthy body weight, while strengthening my immune system. Unfortunately, there is not one thing that cures all. It's all the small things we do that end up working together for our good.
In my new book, ‘Juicing 101’, you’ll find everything I’ve learned about juicing over the past several years. It includes why juicing is so important, which fruits and vegetables will help you to accomplish your health goals, along with detailed recipes to help boost your immune system while protecting you from illness.
With this book in hand, you’ll be equipped to build a more healthy and fit lifestyle. You’ll have the tools you need to protect yourself from inflammatory diseases like cardiovascular disease, cancer, and rheumatoid arthritis. You’ll understand how to consistently get the vitamins and minerals that your body needs to not just survive, but to thrive.
It’s time to put down the candy bar and pick up something that’s just as delicious, but also better for you. After all, you are what you eat.
