The Wake-Up Call I Never Expected
In 2015, my life shifted in a way I never expected. After losing two friends to cancer, I was diagnosed withprostate cancer at 48. I believed I was doing “enough” to stay healthy, but that moment forced me to slow down and take a deeper look at how I was living.

What followed wasn’t about trends or shortcuts. It was about asking real questions, about food, habits, and long-term choices. That journey led me to clean eating, juicing, and eventually to creating Good Living Now, a brand built on real-life experience, not hype.
